CCL11 is a CC chemokine that is both pro inflammatory and immunomodulatory. It is known to attract eosinophils, but not neutrophils.

Originally purified from bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, CCL11 is 97 amino acids long in its proform and 74 amino acids long in its mature form. The sequece is very similar to other beta chemokines including MCP-1, MCP-2, and MCP-3.
